E. Shane Branham is a seasoned defense litigator with two decades of experience navigating the complexities of the Kentucky workers’ compensation system. Since beginning his legal career in 2006, Shane has practiced exclusively in the area of insurance defense with a focus on defending workers’ compensation claims. Shane has successfully represented a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from global Fortune 500 corporations to the “mom and pop” small businesses that anchor Kentucky’s local communities. The breadth of experience allows Shane to offer a unique perspective: the sopisticated strategy required for large-scale risk management combined with the personalized hands-on attention that smaller employers deserve.

Michelle Lawrence 

 Administrative Legal Assistant

Michelle brings 18 years of experience as an Administrative Legal Assistant supporting insurance defense practices. She is known for her strong organization skills, attention to detail, and dependable support to attorneys, clients, and colleagues.  She enjoys helping keep legal operations running smoothly, takes pride in being a trusted member of the team, and values building positive working relationships along the way.  In her spare time, she likes to go to the gym with her husband and spend time with family and friends.
